“I was first introduced to the Nordic Walking Poles at a Trade show in Toronto. I loved the concept, but needed guidance to make use of them properly. Then, I was introduced to Louisa! After learning the technique at her walking sessions, there was no stopping! With the poles I have a firm, steady stride. My posture is straighter and my breath is deeper. “I really enjoy Nordic Walking - being outdoors always revives and refreshes me both physically and mentally. When I use my walking poles I feel I am also getting a really good workout as well. While I have had my poles for several years, I was using them incorrectly and having an instructional session with Louisa improved my form and helped me to use my poles effectively.
